VINCE opens 1,900 s/f at The Street in Chestnut Hill
VINCE is now open at The Street and joins its unique, curated, and high-end collection of 45 stores and restaurants. VINCE's new boutique is located at 33 Boylston St., Suite 3320.
The 1,900 s/f storefront will boast design features like a glass and bronze façade, 12-foot tall ceilings, hand-finished, reclaimed wide plank flooring, bleached mahogany woodwork, dark bronze fixtures and leather seating.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
