Vincent of The Nery Corp. d/b/a Coastal Commercial Real Estate brokers sale of 5,247 s/f property
The Nery Corp. d/b/a Coastal Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of the 5,247 s/f office building on a one acre lot. The sale date was April 18th and the price was undisclosed.
Noble Vincent of Coastal Commercial represented the buyers, Chamberlain Commercial Property, LLC. Chamberlain Medical Inc., a Health Services company currently in Fall River will relocate their headquarters to this new location.
Coastal Commercial Real Estate provides complete commercial, industrial, office and retail sales and leasing services throughout Bristol and Plymouth Counties in Massachusetts and Eastern Rhode Island.
