Vinci and Riley of H. Pearce Commercial lease 10,776 s/f for Revera Health Systems

Revera Health Systems, Inc., represented by Virginia Vinci and Neil Riley of H. Pearce Commercial, leased 10,776 s/f of office space at 538 Preston Ave. Patrick Mulready of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Trammel Crow. Built in 1986, Meriden Executive Park is a two-building suburban office campus set on 17 acres. This will be the new home for Revera's regional corporate office. Revera Health Systems includes 30 skilled care centers across the United States. All of their centers offer both long-term care and short-term rehabilitative care for adults. Their goal is to enable each resident, no matter how challenged, to achieve the highest degree of health and independence possible.
