Vinci of Pearce Real Estate closes $362,000 sale

Farmington, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and chair of Pearce Real Estate, Virginia Vinci of the Rocky Hill Pearce office was the sole broker involved in sale of 1814 New Britain Ave. 

The 3,520 s/f free standing commercial building, on .55 acre sold for $362,000. 

The seller was Andre and Maria Romano and the buyer was H & H Refrigeration, Inc.

This property will be the new home of H & H Refrigeration, a full-service HVAC company since 1954, family owned and operated, serving commercial and residential customers
