Visconte of Masiello Group Comm'l. sells 42 Merrimac St. for $329,000
Patti Visconte of the Masiello Group Commercial Associates has sold 42 Merrimac St. located in downtown.
Visconte represented the sellers, Peter and Jane Jensen, and assisted the buyer, Finneran of Plum Island, in the purchase. According to the Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $329,000.
