Vision 3 Architects has completed NaviNet's new corporate offices at 179 Lincoln St. overlooking Boston's Greenway. NaviNet occupies a total of 65,000 s/f on the lower level, first, and second floors of the historic building for growing the healthcare communications company. 43,000 s/f of the space is new build-out on the second floor, and includes private offices, conference rooms, and open office space for over two hundred workstations. The remaining spaces on the first floor and lower level are being occupied with minor modifications.
Owned by Millennium Partners, 179 Lincoln is a 5-story Beaux Arts-style building built in 1899 by Norcross Brothers. First known as the Albany Building, it has served separately as leather, thread and shoe factories in years past. In 2009, the building was the recipient of the Boston Preservation Alliance (BPA) Preservation Achievement Award.
