Volpe of Coastal Commercial Real Estate handles sale of 169 and 171 Mt. Vernon Street
According to Kevin Nery, president of The Nery Corp., 169 and 171 Mt. Vernon St. have been sold. The two parcels consisted of a 12,176 s/f warehouse building on .436 acres and a 9,771 s/f industrial building on .31 acres. The seller for 169 Mt. Vernon was Chansco, LLC and the seller for 171 Mt. Vernon was Raymond E. Fortin. The buyer was Scott Hallman owner of Hallman Septic and Portable Toilets, LLC.
The sellers were represented by Michael Volpe, Coastal Commercial Real Estate. The purchase price was undisclosed.
