Waldman Associates sells seven building industrial portfolio in Bourne, MA for $10.575 million

Bourne MA A seven-building industrial portfolio consisting of 124,000 s/f has been sold. The addresses are 18-21 Commerce Park Rd., 50 & 53 Portside Dr. and 618 Macarthur Blvd. The sale price was $10.575 million.

The buyer was Unicorn Realty, which has major holdings on the South Shore and this is the first purchase on the Cape. Dan Waldman of Waldman Associates was the broker for the trust and procured Unicorn Realty.

The portfolio has tenants that including EOIS, Falmouth Toyota, Cape Cod Tennis and Court, Cape Cod Times and Black Dog.

Waldman commented that there were many offers but the trust chose Unicorn since Brian Murphy shared his vision for the property and felt he would carry on the tradition of strong management and taking care of the tenants since many of the tenants have been tenants for 30 years or more. The sale closed September 20th.
