Walker Development & Construction Management expands business development department with new hire

Timothy O’Brien

Marlborough, MA Walker Development & Construction Management, Inc. has hired Timothy O’Brien as a vice president of business development. O’Brien brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience that will be instrumental in helping Walker Development to continue to expand its client base. The development and construction management firm serves clients in a range of commercial construction sectors, including corporate office, retail, life science and technology, medical office, industrial, academic, multi-family, government, hospitality, and wellness.

As a commercial real estate broker for fifteen years, O’Brien joins Walker Development’s business development team to continue the expansion of construction clients, sharing his specific knowledge of real estate transactions and how they intersect with construction projects. Prior, O’Brien had a rewarding career at Colliers International and Cresa Denver and holds a degree from Babson College.
