Randolph, MA Mark Wallace, managing principal of The Wallace Co., LLC, completed the acquisition of a long vacant parcel of land at 1260 North Main St. The land was purchased for $900,000.
The seller was EDG Properties. A new 7,381 s/f AutoZone will be constructed on the site. It will complement the Crawford Square Business district with adjoining walking and bike paths connecting to other local businesses.
