Wallace of Wallace Co., LLC brokers $3.2 million sale of 357 Columbia Road, Hanover, Mass.

Hanover, MA Mark Wallace of Wallace Co., LLC, sold the former Pool & Patio Outlet Center at 357 Columbia Rd. (Rtes. 53 & 139) for $3.2 million. The 45,000 s/f building, sitting on 7.5 acres, was acquired by Koda Ventures of Hingham from Hanover Development Co., LLP. Koda plans on renovating and adding square footage to the building. They have begun to generate significant leasing activity at this prime south shore location.
