Wallace of Wallace Co., LLC brokers sale of 21,000 s/f of land for $870,000

Mark Wallace of the Wallace Co., LLC Boston has sold 21,000 s/f of land in at the busy intersection of Blue Hill Ave. (Rte. 28) and Seaver St. The site, once a gas and service station, has sat vacant for over 8 years. Wallace represented the buyer and seller, and the sale price was $870,000. The site was acquired by Eddie and Mike Gargano, who have extensive real estate holdings in the area. The Wallace Co. has been retained by the Gargano's to commence with the redevelopment and leasing of the site. Wallace says it's a great commercial/retail site with strong traffic flow and demographics. The site is already generating much interest.
