Warrenstreet is thankful to the Home Builders and Remodelers Association for the recognition.
The Hudson Senior Center is a new two-story, handicapped accessible, wood structure providing 4,600 s/f for seniors on the upper floor and the community TV station on the lower floor. The senior center provides for administrative offices, a dividable community room/dance hall with kitchen, arts and crafts space and meeting rooms. Hudson Senior Center won in the commercial over $500,000 category.
Manchester Community College Welding Lab Addition includes a 4,000 s/f lab which allows for the welding program to work more efficiently. This lab addition attaches to the remote northeast corner of the main campus building that houses all of the educational programs provided by the college. The new equipment includes 16 additional welding stations, grinders and lathes, milling machine, shears, plasma cutter, arc welder, sanding and grinding stations. Manchester Community College Welding Lab Addition received the Silver Award in the Architectural Design - Light Commercial category.
Building on Hope 2014 Project - Opportunity Networks is located in Amherst, N.H. and is the committee's third project they've chosen and renovated. Opportunity Networks is an organization who assists individuals with developmental disabilities. They have occupied their facilities at 11 Caldwell Rd. in Amherst since 1983 and the space was in need of substantial improvements both physical and aesthetic. There were a total of 12 rooms that were renovated. The 2014 Building on Hope project won the Bronze Award in the Community Service Project category.

The Friendly Kitchen is a 5,800 s/f soup kitchen that replaced the former building located on Montgomery St. that suffered extreme damage by fire in April of 2011. In three weeks, Warrenstreet coordinated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering to compile a full application to the city to rebuild on the current site. The Friendly Kitchen won the Silver Award in the Community Service Project category.
