Washington Tr. provides $5.2 million financing for Kingstown Plaza
Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided $5.2 million in financing to The Kingstown Plaza LP of North Kingstown for the purpose of refinancing current debt on an 88,000 s/f retail plaza and to provide funds for future projects. Current tenants in the plaza include TJ Maxx and Home Goods.
The Kingstown Plaza LP is managed by Louis Grossman, president and treasurer of The Grossman Companies, Inc. The Grossman Companies focus on real estate development, property management, and brokerage, with its primary focus on the New England area.
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the $3.8 million sale of a mixed-use investment property located at 33-39 North Main St. and 24-25 Wallace Ave. in the town center.
