Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors brokers 7,243 s/f leases to Aspen Dental

According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. has entered into multiple leases totaling 7,243 s/f in Johnston and Warwick, R.I. The 3,400 s/f Johnston store is located at the Stone Hill Marketplace on Attwood Ave. with co-tenants Petsmart, Sleepy's, Burlington Coat Factory and Ruby Tuesday. The 3,843 s/f Warwick store is located at the Trader Joes Centre on Baldhill Rd. with co-tenants Trader Joes, Panera Bread, A T & T, and Tim Horton's. According to Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors, "Aspen Dental, who is the nation's fastest-growing retail dental practice group, is pleased to be a co-tenant at both these shopping center locations, giving them a higher visibility in this regional trade area." As the exclusive broker for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island, Boylston Realty is seeking additional A+ retail locations, 3,200 s/f - 3,600 s/f free standing and end caps with a 40 ft. minimum frontage. The sites must offer high retail visibility, including maximum store front, pylon signage, strong traffic counts, great access and ample convenient parking.
