Washington Trust Co. provides $1.8 million for Hoxsie Properties

The Washington Trust Company's commercial lending group provided $1.8 million in financing to Hoxsie Properties, LLC for the construction of a three unit, 6,500 s/f retail building, with tenants to include Starbucks and Papa Ginos, at 17 Airport Rd. Hoxsie Properties, LLC is a realty holding company owned by Brian Bucci. "Washington Trust is happy to provide financing to Hoxsie Properties, LLC, for their new retail site on Airport Road," said John Warren, chairman and CEO of The Washington Trust Co.
