Washington Trust Co. provides $1.8 million for Hoxsie Properties
The Washington Trust Company's commercial lending group provided $1.8 million in financing to Hoxsie Properties, LLC for the construction of a three unit, 6,500 s/f retail building, with tenants to include Starbucks and Papa Ginos, at 17 Airport Rd.
Hoxsie Properties, LLC is a realty holding company owned by Brian Bucci.
