Washington Trust Company arranges $664,000 for Oak Embers campground
The Washington Trust Company's commercial real estate group has provided $664,000 in financing to Oak Embers Owners Association, LLC for the purposes of refinancing existing debt and to cover costs of improvements to the 10-acre campground.
Oak Embers has been in existence since 1969.
