Washington Trust finances $10.5 million
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provided $10.5 million in commercial real estate financing to 180 Westport Partners, LLC for the acquisition and renovation of a mixed-used property. The 32,103 s/f office-retail space is located in Westport's downtown retail corridor at 180 Post Rd., just one block from the town's Main St.
"This property is ideally situated in a key area within one of Connecticut's most affluent towns," said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president and CEO.
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provides commercial real estate mortgages for the construction, refinancing, or purchasing of investment real estate projects.
