Washington Trust provides $1.8m financing for Hoxsie Properties
The Washington Trust Company's Commercial Lending Group is providing $1.8 million in financing to Hoxsie Properties, LLC for the construction of a three unit, 6,500 s/f retail building, with tenants to include Starbucks and Papa Ginos, at 17 Airport Rd. Hoxsie Properties is a realty holding company owned by Brian Bucci.
"Washington Trust is happy to provide financing to Hoxsie Properties, LLC, for their new retail site on Airport Road," said John Warren, chairman and CEO of The Washington Trust Company. "As Warwick continues its growth, these establishments will serve this expanding market."
Avon, CT Chozick Realty - CRXE Group have completed the $42 million sale of Avon Woods Apartments, a 189-unit apartment community. Located on 47 acres, Avon Woods is a desirable apartment complex in the greater Hartford region.
