O,R&L Commercial completes sale of 19,608 s/f retail property for $1m
Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a neighborhood shopping center and former branch bank totaling 19,608 s/f of retail at 446-450 South Main St. The sale price was $1 million.
O,R&L represented both the seller, South Main Plaza Associates, LLC and the buyer, AKK-7, LLC.
Narragansett, RI Lila Delman Compass brokered the sale of 121 Kenyon Farm Rd. for $3.6 million. Dan and Nicole Harding represented the sellers, and Ashley Fitzsimmons represented the buyers.
Now what? As the year comes to a close, the state of retail is always in the news. The answers vary greatly depending on who in the various related industries you ask, each offering a unique lens on the challenges and opportunities ahead.
