Washington Trust provides $2.3m refinancing for Catamore One, LLC's 28,800 s/f office building
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group recently provided $2.3 million to Catamore One, LLC, to refinance existing debt held on property located at 70 Catamore Blvd. The property, located in the Westminster Industrial Park, consists of a fully occupied 28,800 s/f office building.
Catamore One, LLC, is owned by Robert Manning, who is the president and owner of Gray's Point Investments, LLC, a private equity and real-estate investment firm based in Providence.
"Mr. Manning's property is located in a growing corridor of commercial business in East Providence," said John Warren, Washington Trust chairman and CEO. "We wish him continued success."
Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group provides commercial real estate mortgages for construction of, refinancing of, or purchasing investment real estate projects. Financing ranges in size from several hundred thousand dollars up to multi-million dollar projects.
