Washington Trust provides $250,000 refinancing for childcare center
Washington Trust's commercial lending group recently provided $250,000 in financing to E & S Little Angel Properties, LLC, for refinancing and working capital for Precious Years Nursery, located at 205 Hallene Rd.
E & S Little Angel Properties, LLC is owned by Lori Wagner, who has more than 20 years of experience in operating a childcare center.
"Washington Trust is pleased to provide financing to Precious Years Nursery," said John Warren, chairman and CEO of The Washington Trust Co. "We wish Ms. Wagner the best with her childcare center."
