Washington Trust provides $250,000 refinancing for childcare center
Washington Trust's commercial lending group recently provided $250,000 in financing to E & S Little Angel Properties, LLC, for refinancing and working capital for Precious Years Nursery, located at 205 Hallene Rd.
E & S Little Angel Properties, LLC is owned by Lori Wagner, who has more than 20 years of experience in operating a childcare center.
