Cregan of Paramount Props. leases 8,800 s/f at 25 Thurber Blvd. office
John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group represented the owner, 25 Thurber LLC in leasing 6,000 s/f to High Purity New England and 2,800 s/f to the Brain and Spine Neurosurgical Institute, LLC at 25 Thurber Blvd.
The tenants were represented by Mike Wall from CB Richard Ellis.
The 35,000 s/f office facility is now fully leased.
