Washington Trust provides $4.95 million to 426 Main Avenue Associates for Four Points by Sheraton
Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided $4.95 million to 426 Main Avenue Associates, LLC for the refinancing of the Four Points by Sheraton. The 70,209 s/f hotel contains 127 guest rooms, meeting space, fitness center, and a newly renovated restaurant and lounge.
"The property is located in the heart of Norwalk's corporate financial district with easy access to the Merritt Pkwy., I-95, and Metro North rail service, making it a convenient lodging choice for the greater New York City area." said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president, and chief executive officer.
