The Washington Trust Co.'s commercial & industrial lending group recently provided $855,000 in financing to McGovern Enterprises to purchase land at 66 Nooseneck Hill Rd., and to construct an owner-occupied building for Coventry Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine with two rental units.
McGovern Enterprises is owned by Edward and Marybeth McGovern of Coventry.
