Frank O'Neill, exclusive broker for The Grossman Companies, Inc., negotiated a 2,613 s/f lease to Critter Hut, a pet store, that is scheduled to open on September 1st at Kingstown Plaza.
The lease will bring the 87,500 s/f retail center to 100% occupancy. Located at 6647 Post Rd. (Rte. 1A), the plaza is anchored by TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Dollar Tree.
O'Neill handled lease negotiations with Critter Hut owners Bob Champlin and Adam Heroux who chose to relocate their store for the visibility and tenant mix of Kingstown Plaza. Their first store is on Point Judith Rd. in Narragansett. Among other tenants are Lucky Nails, Pier Pizza and Weight Watchers.
