Washington Trust provides $908,000 financing for ASK Properties and Lightship Group

Washington Trust's commercial lending group recently provided a combined $908,000 in financing to ASK Properties and The Lightship Group, LLC. The funds will be used to refinance its facility located on Ten Rod Rd., and to provide working capital and the purchase of equipment for its shop facility located in Quonset Point. ASK Properties and The Lightship Group, LLC, owned by Thomas Alexander and Peter Starr, is one of the most respected marine, construction and industrial support organizations in the country. For more than 25 years, The Lightship Group has provided traditional, time proven approaches toward troubleshooting and problem solving, and provides clients worldwide with engineering and technical support. "Washington Trust is pleased to provide financing to ASK Properties and The Lightship Group," said John Warren, chairman and CEO of The Washington Trust Co.
