Glastonbury, CT Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided financing to WE 35 National Drive, LLC for a 105,000 s/f warehouse.
The sponsor, Winstanley Enterprises, is a Mass.-based real estate investment firm originally formed in 1973. Since its inception, the company has acquired and developed more than 115 properties comprised of more than 16 million s/f across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial and logistics, lab/biotech, retail, multi-family, and office spaces.
The property has accessibility less than a mile from Rte. 2, which connects to both I-91 and I-84.
