Wason Associates broker sale of the 50-room Palmer House
Earle Wason, Wason Associates HospitalityManchester, VT Earl Wason of Wason Associates has completed the sale of the Palmer House, located at 5383 Main St. The 50-room property is situated on 15 acres and includes an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, a nine-hole golf course and a trout pond. This property was purchased by Palmer House, LLC and sold by Palmer House, Inc. Financing provided by Camden National Bank.
