Wason Associates offers hotel and property
Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group is offering the lender-owned Merrimack Hotel & Conference Center and surrounding property. The existing hotel and conference center is a three-unit strip center located on .07 acre and a .06 acre pad site. They are available for purchase together or individually.
"This is an excellent redevelopment opportunity in many scenarios," said Earle Wason, president of Wason Associates. "The key is finding the perfect buyer who can appropriately utilize this property to serve a business, non-profit, or educational institution as well as the surrounding community of Merrimack."
