Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial brokers 1,250 s/f lease with Oodles Artisan Shop
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, recently completed a 1,250 s/f lease with Oodles Artisan Shop at the historic "Thurber House" in downtown. The property is located on Rte. 5 across from the town common. Sally Wright Bacon is the owner and operator of Oodles. The shop is planning to open in late spring after some renovations.
