Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial handles 2,500 s/f lease to Upper Valley Chiropractic Clinic

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, a long term lease has been negotiated between Donald O. Goodwin Properties, LLC and Upper Valley Chiropractic Clinic for office space at the Hanover Street Plaza. Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction and assisted the tenant. Upper Valley Chiropractic Clinic will relocate to a 2,400 s/f facility centrally located with handicap accessibility at the Hanover Street Plaza, with ample parking and easy accessibility. The space is going through significant renovations by Donald O. Goodwin Properties. The Hanover Street Plaza is a mixed use commercial facility with well-known tenants such as: Gnomon Copy Center, Stone Arch Bakery, State Farm Insurance and Holden Engineering. Upper Valley Chiropractic Clinic is a family-based health and wellness center, focusing on pediatrics, pregnancy, sports, pain and general well being for the whole family. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Amber McLelland in collaboration with her husband, Dr. Bryan Natusch.
