Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. executes 700 s/f lease b/t Lebanon Equity and BIS

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, transacted the lease between Lebanon Equity Group and Behavioral Information Systems, LLC at 24 Hanover St. BIS is an informational systems provider specializing in behavioral and human service agencies. "It was a pleasure to assist BIS in their office search once again, having placed them in their former facility in 1995. It has been interesting to watch them grow and provide additional services to their market," said Waters. 24 Hanover St., formerly known as the Commerce Building, is located downtown. BIS is joining other tenants, such as DEM Solutions, Dr. Robyn Jacobs, Domisan Development and Catholic Charities. 24 Hanover St. has gone through renovations and cosmetic changes. BIS has occupied their office of 700 s/f after renovations.
