Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. reps lessor in Technically Sound's 3,000 s/f lease

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial, the recent expansion of Technically Sound at 30 Airport Rd. has been completed. Technically Sound was founded by Steve and Christine Simms to provide support services for Christian missionaries and their ministries. Technically Sound leases 1,500 s/f and will increase their facility to 3,000 s/f. The expansion was necessary to provide for growth and the separation of editorial/administration from production. Technically Sound expects to increase staff. "We have written software that allows a missionary to send their mailing list in nearly any format without needing to spend any time making it fit a particular layout." said Simms. Waters represents 30 Airport Rd. Properties and reports that with the expansion of Technically Sound, the 15,000 s/f building is fully leased. Other tenants in the building are: Feldstein Dental Practice, Comcast Spotlight, Westaff and Liberty Mutual.
