Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated a 1,500 s/f lease with New England Diesel Injection at 250 Bank St. The company, which relocated from White River Junction, refurbishes, rebuilds and sells diesel injection systems.

McLaughry represented the landlord, Execusuite LLC and assisted the tenant.
