Watkins and Rawlinson of Oak & Avery Group sell two multifamily props.
Bridgeport, CT The Oak & Avery Group brokered the sale of at 28-unit multifamily at 858 Noble Ave. and a 4-unit multifamily at 49 Warren St. in New Haven. Anthony Watkins, president, and Ian Rawlinson, associate, represented the sellers and the buyers.
“With lower inventory and very competitive pricing in stronger Fairfield county markets like Stamford and Norwalk, Bridgeport is viewed as a value market and investor demand is stronger than ever,” said Watkins.
