Weirsman of Colonial Properties brokers 2,350 s/f lease in Orange

Orange, CT Kevin Weirsman, vice president and broker with Colonial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Prime Realty, LLC in brokering a five year lease for 2,350 s/f of retail space at Orange Commons, 297 Boston Post Rd. The new tenant, Hokkaido Japanese Ramen, will occupy a space formerly tenanted by Dunkin’ Donuts and join current tenants Great Expressions Dental, Wells Fargo, Red Wing Shoes, WindowRama, Cold Stone Creamery, T Mobile, Spa World, and Advanced Radiology. 

“We are very pleased to have consummated this lease which now makes Orange Commons fully occupied.  Although there is still some vacancy along the Route 1 corridor, this plaza stands out as a premier property in the market,” said Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties.
