Wettenstein of Vidal/Wettenstein brokers $1.132 million industrial sale
The Mikron Corp. has sold its property located at 600 Pepper St. to Fred George for $1.132 million. The building will house the Accutrol Company which presently located in multiple locations in Monroe. The property consists of a 15,000 s/f block and steel building situated on 4.9 acres.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker and represented Accuspec. Counsel for the Mikron was Mark Kirsch of Cohen & Wolf, Bridgeport. Counsel for the purchaser was Stanley Goldstein of Palmesi, Kaufman, Goldstein & Petrucelli of Trumbull.
