Wettenstein of Vidal/Wettenstein completes $450,000 sale at 110 Woodrow Avenue

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, partner at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC completed the sale of a .32 acre development parcel located at 110 Woodrow Ave. Wettenstein represented the seller, David Zeldis in this $450,000 transaction, while Robert Lewis, also partner in the firm, represented the buyer, Ward Jennings. This commercial lot will be used as an adjunct to W. Jennings Company's automotive business located directly across the street from the site. W. Jennings Company specializes in high quality service for European automobiles such as BMWs, Mercedes, Audis, Porsches, and VWs. The seller's legal counsel was provided by William Fitzpatrick of Fitzpatrick, Fray, & Bologna, LLC, and the buyer was represented by David McHugh of Coles, Baldwin & Kaiser, LLC. In another transaction, David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner at Vidal/Wettenstein commercial real estate completed the recent leasing of space within a medical building located at 162 Kings Highway North in Westport. The new tenant is Elite Health Services, a world-class provider of certified functional manual physical therapy, personal fitness, golf & triathlon performance training, massage and wellness related services. Westport will be Elite's second location along with an existing facility in Old Greenwich. They plan to open this spring after construction has been completed. Fugitt was the sole broker involved in the lease.
