Wettenstein of  Vidal/Wettenstein handles $805,000 building purchase

Norwalk, CT 111 Westport Ave. has been sold to C2 Limited Design Associates. The firm which is presently located in Fairfield, will be relocating to the building once the improvements are completed. The property was an off market sale and closed for $805,000.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein had brought C2 Limited to the property knowing this was the kind of building and setting they were looking for. A sale was negotiated between both parties and a closing took place within two months.

The 3,100 s/f building had been the home of TFI Envision for 20 years, and had not been on the market. Prior to TFI, the building had been the home to Leonard Surveyors.  TFI has relocated to Stamford.
