During 2016, I led the effort at United Steel to increase our use of technology to better leverage important productivity and business management tools available on the market today. Over this past year, we implemented Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which we leveraged to help improve our processes and increase our profitability. I consider this a significant professional accomplishment because we are now better able to stay focused on our overall goal of excellence, while we grow as a business.
