Maria Hopkins, Maria Hopkins AssociatesAfter 31 years appraising, I have done just about everything you can do. I am trying to now give back by training new staff that start out doing administrative work and if they are lucky, they are promoted to becoming a trainee. Some of those people are family so my days are rewarding watching them grow.
This was a record year for appraisal volume. I’ve never been so busy in 31 years. I worked 7 days a week to handle it and I had a wonderful staff to help. I’m proud of my team.
