We designed a new 44-unit condominium building in the Alewife section of Cambridge. It was our second building in the area. We worked with the neighborhood groups, our client and the city to create a modern, efficient but distinctive building which was well received. The cooperative effort between the team and neighbors was rewarding and proves not all new development needs to be controversial. We are excited to see it built in 2017.
