We were pleased to see several notable projects come to fruition over the past year.  One significant project was the expansion of the GE Aviation facility in Hooksett, N.H. That facility now employs over 700 people, and this expansion secures a longterm commitment on the part of GE Aviation to making some of the most up-to-date jet engine components in the world right here in New Hampshire. 2016 is also the year we obtained approvals for two of N.H.’s largest mixed-use projects: “Market and Main” in Bedford, and “Woodmont Commons” in Londonderry; projects with ultimate build-out values of well over $1 billion.
