White and Martinez of The Charles Realty lease 1,100 s/f in Boston
Sean White, rental agent, and Yesenia Martinez, sales agent, of The Charles Realty were the brokers involved with the rental of the 1,100 s/f retail space at 263 Newbury St.
The Boston Smoke Shop, the new tenant, will open April 1st in time for the spring hustle and bustle of Newbury St.
The Charles Realty represents a broad range of residential properties from luxury condos, investor condos, townhouses, multi-unit buildings and co-ops.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
