White of CBRE leases 27,167 s/f retail site
Kent White of CB Richard Ellis facilitated the lease of 27,167 SF of retail space on behalf of the landlord.
The space was previously occupied by Linens 'n Things.
Savers, which sells used and/or new apparel, housewares and furniture, will occupy the space in Newington Park on Woodbury Ave.
