Williams ReloLogic leases 32,800 s/f to Southern NH Vet Referral Hospital

Williams ReloLogic represented Southern NH Veterinary Referral Hospital in a 10-year lease of a 32,800 s/f 24-hour veterinary hospital at the corner of Harvey and Abby Rds. The animal hospital will employ 50 doctors, specialists, technicians and support persons. The grand opening is scheduled for October 1. The facility, built in 1999, is undergoing renovations to convert the structure to meet the tenant's needs. The site was formerly occupied by COBHAM, defense and electronic systems. The landlord was represented by Eaton Partners.
