White of CBRE/N.E. brokers 10.7 acre sale for $1.2 million
Kent White of CB Richard Ellis/New England's Portsmouth, N.H. office has negotiated the sale of 10.7 acres of land on Jacks Bridge Rd. to Penske Truck Leasing Co. The seller, Freedom Park Associates, sold the land parcel for $1,211,624.
White represented Penske and Grubb & Ellis/Coldstream Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.
