Whoriskey of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank negotiates 12,373 s/f long-term lease renewal for Eye Health Services

Quincy, MA Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has advised and represented Eye Health Services in renewing its 12,373 s/f, long-term lease renewal at 1900 Crown Colony Dr. Eye Health Services has ten office locations and two surgery centers in Mass. They selected NGKF managing director Peter Whoriskey to be the broker charged with negotiating the renewal at its 1900 Crown Colony Dr.

“Eye Health Services was looking to enhance the patient experience and create a much more efficient space,” said Whoriskey. “We were able to work with Jumbo Capital (ownership) on our client’s needs and in the end we were able agree on a tenant improvement package to achieve Eye Health Services’ initiatives.”

Located within Crown Colony Park, a 143-acre office campus, 1900 Crown Colony Dr. is a class A, 129,327 s/f, four-story office building. The property features a full-service café, shuttle service to the Quincy Adams MBTA station, and other park amenities.
