Wickey of SCRE brokers sale of 4 Danbury Rd.
Wilton, CT The former Wells Fargo Bank branch property at 4 Danbury Rd. on Rte. 7 was recently sold to DWG Properties LLC. The new owner will be renovating the property for their own use.
Penny Wickey, principal of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE), was the sole broker in the transaction.
